Axis is a 30 minute focus on your foundation--the Core. Create stability from the axis, the middle of your body, the basis of all movement. Then layer on mobility, strength, and power. Move like never before, beginning from the core and reaching farther than you though possible.


This is a 20 minute high intensity class that sculpts the abs by blasting the midsection from all angles.


Rip is a 45-50 minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.


Revolution is a 30-35 minute cycling program tailor-made for anyone who can ride a bike. Ride over hills, sprint in the flats, climb the mountains, and do interval training. Revolution matches proven riding principles and music to resistance levels, riding speeds and positions to maximize cardio training while having fun.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


This 45 minute class gives you just what you need for a great workout. Combining Revolution with TRX Core training, you are sure to blast some fat while enjoying great music and having fun.


Are you ready to SWEAT into the next level of training? This is a high intensity, interval and cardio class targeted directly at burning calories and weight loss. Watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of cardio intervals and athletic drills mixed with multiple rounds of strength work on the TRX. You will have fun, you will be challenged and as the name Will SWEAT!!


Boot is a fusion of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. It increases strength and heart/lung function, improves posture and increases flexibility. The objective is to continually shock the body, as research demonstrates that is the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight and build muscle.


Yoga is a series of deep isolated stretches that helps lengthen and strengthen your muscles as well as relax your body and mind. Yoga is a great way to end your workout. The benefits yoga include stress reduction, improved balance, range of motion, flexibility and strength, and helps reduce risk factors for chronic diseases.
