Give your abs a killer workout in this 20 minute class that will blast the midsection from all angles, going for that deep burn!


An Upper body and Core class with series of arm moves followed by a series of ab exercises before repeating the entire circuit 4 times through. The key is to jump from move to move quickly, with little rest. You'll take a deserved-but-quick rest between circuits before closing out the entire workout with planks to really blast those arm and abs. Great workout for getting that beach body!


High intensity, calorie torching full body circuit class that combines individual and team challenges to push you to your limits! The class consists of timed training stations including: Rowers, TRX, Battling Ropes, Dumbbells and Bodyweight Exercises. Get Ready to melt the fat off in this class!

REV 30

Revolution is a 30-35 minute cycling program tailor-made for anyone who can ride a bike.  Ride over hills, sprint in the flats, break away from the peloton and do interval training.  Revolution matches proven riding principles and music to resistance levels, riding speeds and positions to maximize cardio training while having fun.


RIP is a 45-50 minute barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training.  Every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight.  It features safe and motivating exercises choreographed with great music.


Everybody wants a Rock Bottom! This 30 min class targets your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core. With booty shaking music to drive you this class is great to shape that lower body.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


Are you ready to SWEAT into the next level of training? This is a high intensity, interval and cardio training class targeted directly at burning calories and weight loss. Watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of running, jump rope and calisthenics through multiple rounds of strength work, each followed by an intense cardio challenge. You will have fun, you will be out of breath and as the name implies… you WILL SWEAT!
