AB ATTACK!

Give your abs a killer workout in this 20-minute class that will blast the midsection from all angles, going for that deep burn!

CHISEL

Get Chiseled in this Upper Body group workout utilizing compound and isolation weighted exercises to focus on those arms, chest, back and shoulders. Get Tank Top ready in this class that will push you to your limits and have you sporting an awesome Upper Body.

BOOTY BURN

Feel the burn! This class targets your quads, hamstrings, calves and core. With booty shaking music to drive you this is a great workout for the butt and lower body.

TABATA SWEAT

Get 30 minutes of Heart pumping, Sweat dripping cardio and strength training in this high intensity class that uses the Tabata Training method of exercises performed at max effort for 20 seconds followed by 10 sec rest. Just a few circuits of this and your body will be watching the fat melt away!

REVOLUTION

Revolution is a 30-40 minute cycling program tailor-made for anyone who can ride a bike.  Ride over hills, sprint in the flats, break away from the peloton and do interval training.  Revolution matches proven riding principles and music to resistance levels, riding speeds and positions to maximize cardio training while having fun.

RIP

RIP is a 45-50 minute barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training.  Every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight.  It features safe and motivating exercises choreographed with great music.

ROPES N' ROWERS

High intensity, calorie torching full body circuit class that combines individual and team challenges to push you to your limits! The class consists of timed training stations including: Rowers, TRX, Battling Ropes, Dumbbells and Body weight Exercises. Get ready to melt the fat off in this class!

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

STRETCH N SWEAT

Take a minute (or 30) to STRETCH. This class will boost your athletic performance and leave you feeling energized. After all the SWEATing we do, you don't want to skip this class. STRETCH n SWEAT will help you perform better, recover faster, and De-Stress. 

SWEAT FEST

It's a SWEAT Party! This action packed class is designed to make the Sweat drip and fat melt by using total body exercises with weights, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercised all performed in circuit fashion. Leave SOAKED in SWEAT and motivated to take on anything life throws at you.
