Give your abs a killer workout in this 20 minute class that will blast the midsection from all angles, going for that deep burn!


Feel the Burn! This 30 min. High Intensity Interval Class focuses on strength, cardio, core and full body exercises using intervals and Tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Burn calories up to 36 hours afterwards with this HIIT class.

REV 30

Revolution is a 30-35 minute cycling program tailor-made for anyone who can ride a bike. Ride over hills, sprint in the flats, break away from the peloton and do interval training. Revolution matches proven riding principles and music to resistance levels, riding speeds and positions to maximize cardio training while having fun.


RIP is a 45-50 minute barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. It features safe and motivating exercises choreographed with great music.


Everybody wants a Rock Bottom! This 30 min class targets your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and core. With booty shaking music to drive you, this class is great to shape that lower body.


Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. 


This 45 minute class gives you just what you need for a great workout. Combining intervals on the Spin Bike with TRX Core training, you are sure to blast some fat while enjoying great music and having fun.


Time for a little SWEAT Therapy. This class is a full body stretch using movements that flow smoothly to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, develop core strength and improve muscular balance.


Are you ready to SWEAT into the ext level of training? This is a high intensity, interval and cardio training class targeted directly at burning calories and weight loss. Watch your heart rate soar with a dynamic blend of running, jump rope and calinsthenics through multiple rounds of strength work, each followed by an intense cardio challenge. You will have fun, you will be out of breath and as the name WILL SWEAT!
